Partner brief details you submit via the partner form (name, business email, company, client brief).
Operational booking information your team shares with us to plan, confirm, and support trips.
Site analytics such as pages viewed, language preference, device, and approximate location for service quality.

How we use information

To respond to partner enquiries and prepare resort shortlists, transfer plans, and quotations.
To coordinate confirmations, amendments, and on-trip support with resorts and transfer providers.
To improve our website and tooling, and to send service-related updates to active partners.

Sharing

We share guest details only with the resorts, transfer providers, and other operators required to deliver the trip. We do not sell partner or guest data to third parties.

Retention

We keep partner correspondence and trip records for as long as needed to support the relationship and to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
